Netflix has ordered 12 more Black Mirrors, but there’s a question mark over UK availability

The BBC has commissioned its first ever feature-length scripted film for the iPlayer, a comedy-drama about snooker’s heyday.

Comedy ventriloquist Paul Zerdin has answered his critics who accused him of using stolen material on his way to winning the $1million America's Got Talent prize.

The Dave channel has commissioned two more series of Taskmaster with Greg Davies and Alex Horne.

Amy Schumer is to write her memoirs, provisionally
titled The Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo.


Sacha Baron Cohen is producing a comedy show for Amazon Prime about a teenager with a circle of celebrity friends that only he can see.

BBC is to celebrate signing up Peter Kay with a documentary about his 20-year comedy career.

Jon Richardson is joining radio station TalkSport to co-host a football show with fellow comic Matt Forde.

Mike Wozniak is to front a new gameshow, to be released as a podcast from digital
channel Dave.

And BBC One is to air an episode of Mrs Brown's Boys live next summer.
